I view psychology and mental health from the lens of how we work in our environmental and family groups. I am a family therapist who looks at individuals as part of a network of mental health needs. Even when I work with the individual, family and community matters to me. I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship stress, early childhood, and professionals mental health support. I engage my clients in various modes of reflection about themselves, their relationships, and aspirations. I’m proud to offer my therapy services to individuals, couples and families.
