My practice is one that lives within two philosophies— meeting you where you are and finding a place of supportive confrontation. You have a story, and my goal is to navigate through that narrative collaboratively and with curiosity while emphasizing your unique strengths. The supportive confrontation is a challenge to get comfortable with the uncomfortable. Often, attempting something new and facing a fear can inspire change, and that's where we begin our work together. Our sessions are a commitment to bravery when investigating those external and internal influences that slow or prevent the change process from occuring.
