Using client centered care, therapy can be focused on your individual needs while utilizing acceptance-based (ACT), mindfulness (MBSR), and cognitive behavioral (CBT) therapies. We will work collaboratively to gain insight into thoughts and behaviors with focus on short term symptoms reduction and long-term growth.
