A good therapeutic fit should feel like a skipping rock with a notch for your finger. I work with couples experiencing intimacy issues, recovering from infidelity, navigating patterns of conflict, or who just aren't communicating like they want to. I also specialize in working with clients who have experienced trauma and want to explore how that impacts their lives as adults. I am a neurodivergent person and I bring competence and expertise in navigating autism and ADHD. I also specialize in working with men ages 20-35 navigating themes like finding purpose and relational hardship.
