I use a blend of Therapy+Coaching with a clinical style leaning heavily toward Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. My practice with Riser+Tread centers around working with youth/male clients, and empowering them to "step up and move forward" using tools and strategies in-session and between sessions that maximize progress and momentum, while helping clients reach their full potential. Our work focuses on building confidence and social skills, reducing anxiety or depression if present, and managing ADHD.
