Learning about yourself can be hard. Events in our past can stay with us and affect us in ways we don’t fully understand. If we let them, these events can stifle our growth. I try to provide an open, free place to talk about what makes you tick as a person within a sanctuary that promotes growth in all different capacities. Through our working relationship, we can learn about the parts of you that you may be hesitant to share. This process can take time and can be uncomfortable, but when you put the work in, the freedom and relief are worth the price of admission.
