Life is frequently full of change and turbulence and can often be difficult to navigate alone. I specialize in working with adults, adolescents, young adults and their families in assisting them with mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse and a variety of other issues that can be roadblocks throughout life. I believe counseling is a collaborative experience, and see my role in the process as offering empathy, support, guidance and education in order to help my clients and their families reach their goals.
