I have been in the caring professions for over 25 years with experience in psychiatric group homes & hospitals, higher education, & church settings. I have training in and use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Restoration Therapy (RT), ACT, and EMDR. I have extensive training in and use the Gottman Method for couples work.
