Hello and welcome. My name is Matt Stella, and my goal is to reconnect you to the wisdom and depth in your life that make all problems workable. In fact, the worst symptoms and problems that we wrestle with often hold the seed for growth and transformation. Working with adults, couples, and men's groups, my life’s work is to facilitate transformation out of all forms of suffering. Part of my work is to serve male survivors of sexual abuse or assault. (See MenHealing.org) When needed, I use EMDR to address and heal the effects of trauma, abuse and neglect for adults of all genders.
