My clients are often grappling with anxiety, high stress and burnout, or life transitions. Sometimes they are dealing with intense emotions, or behaving in ways that are confusing and frustrating for them. They may be feeling disconnected from other people, or feeling extreme pressure at work and in life. They are seeking more connection, confidence, and calmness in day-to-day life.
