About

I work with younger people (10-12), adolescents (13-18), emerging adults (19-29), and older clients. In addition to depression/anxiety, my work with younger people includes living in two households, school-related stressors, peer support network, and various other behavioral issues; with adolescents: freedom/responsibility, identity formation, emotion regulation, and effective communication; with emerging adults: career counseling, independent living, and addressing unfinished business. I also have a background in high school education. With all clients I meet them where they're at and strive to unlock their greatest potential.
