Hi, I'm Matt, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My goal in therapy, is to provide a safe and compassionate space where we can build trust and explore your issues together through empathy, warmth and authenticity. I believe our past experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns often shape how we navigate the world today. By exploring these underlying influences together, we can uncover insights that lead to meaningful change and growth. My clinical work focuses on those facing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, academic/career stress, life transitions, parenting, relationship challenges, grief/loss, family of origin dynamics and identity development. I also specialize in supporting individuals with addictions as well as family members of those with addiction issues.
