Life has a way of letting us know when it is time to reach out. Are you feeling overwhelmed, burdened, stressed, or stuck, and ready for change, but not sure where to begin? Then counseling is the right setting to have a conversation that may open doors to problem solving and providing space for change. Growing up working in the family restaurant and being active as a student athlete, I didn't have the tools to manage the stress around me. While I was helping others work on their physical fitness, I knew I needed to become a counselor to help in a more wholistic way to process the stress and challenges that hindered change. I bring life experience and professional training into the sessions. Not only have I completed licensing requirements, I have walked the path of struggle and have that experience to share.
