I believe that all of us have the power to make choices that will improve our lives immediately. I encourage clients to focus on what that have control of, rather than what they do not. I encourage and practice a cooperative approach to marriage, parenting and life. I work with individuals, couples, families, and kids of all ages and circumstances. I have extensive experience in helping with school related issues and advocating for families regarding these concerns. I also enjoy working with athletes and helping them improve their "mental game.
