I work primarily with couples and individuals aged 18 and older who are seeking help with sexual desire discrepancies, betrayal trauma, sexual compulsivity, building healthy relationships, and developing sexual health. My approach is compassionate and attachment-based, while also being direct with clients to uncover barriers around connection and growth. I am a Certified Sex Therapist (CST), Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), and advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT).
