I take a strength-based approach to helping patients better understand and work through the internal and external challenges that affect their health and wellness. I believe that every patient is a collection of the identities and experiences that shape their place in the world as well as in the therapy room. I use cognitive behavioral techniques to guide and empower patients to learn healthier ways to accept the challenges they cannot change and to help them find ways to work through the challenges they believe they can change.
