Welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who offers collaborative support for individuals, couples, and families. I see therapy as a transformative exploration of what it looks like to pursue a deep sense of connection, awareness, and intentionality. We are all likely to face vicissitudes in life that lead us to question our ways of being; in such times we might encounter despair, depression, anxiety, obsessive thinking, grief, shame, impulsivity, relationship distress, and an absence of purpose. While honoring the human need for coherence, my aim is to help people transcend those experiences and live courageously.
