I enjoy working with college-aged students, adults, and couples navigating transitions, anxiety, or relationship concerns. Some may struggle with self-doubt, comparison, or perfectionism. Some are exploring sexual intimacy, identity, or healing from trauma and infidelity. Many want to feel more balanced, confident, and more connected in their lives and relationships. For all of my clients, I prioritize a strong, authentic connection so we can then utilize evidence-based approaches to collaborate on healthier ways forward. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community and justice-oriented, I am committed to offering a safe space for all.
