About
Starting therapy is a meaningful step, and it’s one that takes courage. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking a deeper connection to yourself and others, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care. My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized. With a MA from Boston College in counseling psychology, I integrate evidence-based practices like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, existential therapy, bibliotherapy, and expressive arts. Healing and growth are not one-size-fits-all, and together, we’ll find the tools and approaches that feel right for you. View 17 Photos Before starting my private practice, I provided therapy at Berklee College of Music, supporting world-renowned musicians through the unique pressures of creative and high-performance environments. That work taught me a great deal about resilience, vulnerability, and the importance of authentic connection. I’ve also studied with Nobel Laureate Elie Wiesel.
