My ideal client is someone who feels stuck in patterns of codependency, putting others needs first, struggling with boundaries, and feeling anxious or responsible for others emotions. They often come to therapy feeling exhausted, resentful, or unsure of who they are outside of relationships. These clients want to understand why they keep repeating these patterns and learn how to break free from them. They are looking for both insight and tools, someone to help them explore the deeper roots of their behaviors, often stemming from early relationships and experiences, while also building new, healthier ways of relating.
