About
I work with children, adolescents, and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to make sense of what they’re experiencing. Parents often reach out when their child is struggling with anxiety, emotional regulation, school stress, or changes in behavior — and they want support that feels thoughtful, not reactive. People often come seeking clarity, relief, or a deeper understanding of long-standing patterns. I offer therapy that is both relational and practical. My approach integrates psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and attachment-based perspectives, grounded in an existential belief in meaning, responsibility, and human dignity. I help clients better understand themselves, develop effective coping skills, and strengthen relationships.
