We are all the products of our earliest emotional conditioning. A majority of us do not come from ideal upbringings due to the complexities of parenting. As a result, we all experience, and become accustomed to, varying levels of irritation and develop counterproductive coping mechanisms that may serve us temporarily, but harm us in the long run. Because of this common dynamic, many people become creatures of maladaptive habits and develop destructive habits, ego deficits, and severe intimacy issues.
