Hello! If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed or just not like yourself, you don’t have to navigate this alone. My name is Matt, and I am so glad you have taken the step to reach out for support. My goal is to provide a safe space to collaborate and help you find the tools to grow and heal to become a healthier version of yourself. Therapy does not have to be forever. You can feel yourself again, and be a better version! I have experience working with teens and adults, and with both mental health and substance use challenges. I have worked in a school setting in the Greece district and also in clinic capacities.
