Hello, I'm Matthew Duarte, a licensed marriage and family therapist and licensed professional clinical counselor based in Southern California. I work with clients statewide via telehealth. I believe every individual and relationship has the capacity for change and healing. With a warm, non-judgmental approach, I love working with individuals dealing with a range of issues including anxiety, life transitions, and personal growth using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy to name a few.
