Hello! Thanks for checking out my profile! I work with teens, families and adults. I have particular experience working with teen boys on a range of issues but especially ADHD, Anxiety, Autism spectrum and Depression. I really enjoy helping young adults make the transition into adulthood and helping their parents navigate this time as well! I can provide individual, family session, and parenting sessions depending on your needs. I approach my work from a family systems perspective, which means I know that if there's a problem in the family it's a problem that needs to be solved together, not by putting the blame all on one person. I use behavioral, mindfulness, and self-regulation approaches to help a wide range of issues from depression to panic attacks.
