I am the Founding Director/Owner of Castle Hill Counseling & Consulting, Inc., bringing over 25 years of experience in the mental health and education fields; working with individual children, adolescents, adults, and families directly, and in a diverse range of program start-up, community, and organizational leadership roles. Matthew provides extensive training on home-based intervention, family therapy, attachment, trauma-informed intervention, and school avoidance/anxiety In addition to teaching in a local MSW Program, Matthew was featured in the Boston Globe in 2017 and interviewed on National Public Radio in 2017 and 2021. Our Team specializes in individual therapy with children, adolescents, and adults, and provide expertise in family therapy and parent coaching. Castle Hill practices mind-body integration, and for families, we offer creative alternatives to promote engagement and comfort, such as walking sessions, breathing exercises, family team building activities.
