I provide a space to examine your own truth, with its many unique threads and history. My therapeutic approach is rooted in existential humanism, and is reflective of our own deeply human complexity. I believe that at our core, every person is utterly unique and deserving, and to love oneself is the clearest path to truth. I offer a safe space to unpack life in all its imperfection, and examine the many glimmers and shadows that exist within.
