Welcome! I am a therapist with nine years of experience specializing in addictions and trauma, with advanced training in EMDR. I also support clients ages 16 and older with concerns such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, ASD, anger, stress, grief and loss, adjustment disorders, LGBTQ+ concerns, and personality disorders. Having navigated and adapted to my own experiences of complex trauma, I understand that healing is rarely a straight line.
