Welcome! I specialize in working with individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life’s many adjustments by providing space for client-centered care. I enjoy working with young adults from many different walks of life. As a young adult myself, I understand that 18-25 is the most formative in building an individual's identity and future. Our goal is to assist with these life transitions from dependent to independent while working within a strength-based approach. You are the expert in your life and know the necessary steps to succeed. My role is to provide assistance and support during this time.
