I am a veteran, faith informed, and specialize in working with men and women who are ready to make changes in their lives. My approach is empathetic and understanding, and I will be action oriented and suggest practical changes, homework assignments, and follow through. In essence I will be both therapist and coach to help you and your family achieve your goals, whether that is to reduce depression and anxiety, find your purpose, or share and resolve traumas and painful parts of your childhood or wartime experiences. I also work with veterans and first responders.
