Reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve been carrying things on your own for a long time. My goal is to offer a space that feels welcoming, grounded, and respectful. Where you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. I work with clients who want to better understand themselves, their emotions, and their patterns, and who are looking for support that feels genuine rather than clinical or judgmental. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be honest, curious, and human. You don’t need to perform, explain things “the right way,” or minimize what you’re going through.
