Relational health is mental health. We never feel good when in conflict with our partner or family member (or in conflict with our own emotions). I help folx experience themselves more deeply, more kindly, and provide support with life's challenges and losses. Anxiety, depression, men's issues, trauma symptoms, and feeling stuck in life are areas I often help work through. My approach includes emotional mindfulness, spiritual perspectives, trauma recovery, boundaries, and practical skills for partnership and parenting.
