Being human is traumatic enough in and of itself. Pile on some childhood trauma, life circumstances changing beyond your control, and day-to-day stress, and you might find yourself struggling. I'm here to help you stop the pain from turning into suffering. I specialize in working with trauma, addiction, and men's issues, and where these intersect. Many of my clients come to me with all three, in various forms, and want to stop engaging in maladaptive or addictive behaviors or with substances, which they have found as a solution to manage their trauma, despite this "solution" creating issues as well.
