My work is rooted in anti-oppressive philosophies, and I understand the ways that the weight of our world can impact your mental health. For queer and trans people, BIPOC, and/or disabled people, it is especially important to have a space to process the grief and rage that might exist as a result of the current sociopolitical climate.
