Hello, I'm Matthew. The human experience is not monolithic. We all experience trauma, pain, and hardship differently. The uniqueness of our personalities means that often, the way we deal with and process these things is just as unique. While we will each encounter our own struggles in life, I recognize that no one trauma is more or less significant than another, and our responses to our trauma experiences are not either. Whether you are a first responder, military personnel, or someone with a traumatic childhood, these difficulties are something I’m extremely familiar with and would like to support you in your journey.
