Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) dedicated to supporting people on their path toward balance, healing, and growth. With a background in neuropsychology and social work, I’ve studied psychology since my teens and bring both expertise and compassion to therapy. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, school or work stress, and trauma. I primarily work with people of color, men, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, creating an affirming space to be fully yourself while working toward meaningful change.
