My passion is to help individuals grow and to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment to process life’s challenges. My goal is to always challenge individuals to step outside of their comfort zone without becoming overwhelmed with continual changes and growth. As a former crisis clinician and addictions counselor, I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds with a variety of life experiences. I have a range of experiences that allows me to feel comfortable addressing concerns with addiction, trauma, codependency, anxiety, depression, and grief among other issues.
