My practice focuses on helping individuals and couples struggling with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, addiction, and relationship challenges. It's normal for us to feel stuck in unhelpful patterns and behaviors. It's also normal for relationships to feel deeply challenging sometimes. Most of us have trauma that plays a bigger role in our lives than we may imagine. Therapy is a space to start understanding what is going on.
