About
As a therapist, my goal is to create a welcoming, safe, and reflective space by meeting you where you are. Together, we’ll co-create an environment that supports your growth. Each session is a step toward where you want to be, and it’s my privilege to hold space for that journey. Before my current role, I worked in crisis services as both a clinician and a clinical case manager. I’ve supported survivors of domestic violence, refugees, asylum seekers, and individuals facing trauma, anxiety, and hopelessness. These experiences inform my commitment to meet clients with compassion and curiosity. I use evidence-based approaches including mindfulness, somatic therapy, person-centered therapy, and psychodynamic techniques. I am currently seeking training in EMDR and parts-work to support healing further.
