As a therapist, I believe therapy should feel like a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker, and my goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout your journey. You don’t need to have the “right words,” you don’t need to have everything figured out, and you definitely don’t need to go through things alone. I’ve worked with individuals from many different backgrounds and stages of life, including children, teens, adults, families, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. With whatever you’re navigating, I’m here to support with compassion and care.
