I believe each person holds the capacity for growth and healing. Carl Jung said, “I am not what happened to me, I am what a choose to become.” Healing begins when we face life’s demands voluntarily, meeting challenges instead of bracing for catastrophe. I offer person-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused therapy for adults and adolescents. We work to heal depression and anxiety. Personal experience led me to recognize we overcome life's obstacles by challenging negative thoughts.
