There is a reason why you are here. You could be looking for help to process current or past experiences or emotions. My goal is to help turn your quicksand into a firm foundation. My second goal for you is to increase your capacity to manage and overcome the emotions and thoughts that you are experiencing when life gets in the way, but not get rid of them.
