I help adults navigate anxiety, life transitions, and periods of feeling stuck with warmth, clarity, and a person-centered approach. I believe we’re all naturally inclined toward growth and healing, but life’s challenges—such as stress, anxiety, self-doubt, or depression—can disrupt that process. I walk alongside my clients as a supportive partner, helping them reconnect with their strengths, explore what’s holding them back, and move forward with purpose and confidence. Therapy with me is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in curiosity. Together, we’ll create space for healing, self-discovery, and lasting change.
