I am a clinical therapist dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful and lasting change. My work focuses on supporting clients by identifying their strengths and helping them build skills to achieve their goals. I provide therapy for individuals and families using a variety of evidence based practices to address complex behavioral and emotional concerns. My experience includes working with clients both in-person and virtually, supporting individuals and families in crisis, and collaborating with a network of local support resources.
