I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a background in health psychology, and I work with adults struggling with identity, relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, thoughts of suicide, veterans, ADHD, neurodivergence, grief, divorce, work, and major life transitions. I take a holistic view of wellbeing—recognizing the interplay between emotional, physical, cultural, and social factors. My clinical approach in therapy is relational, behavioral, and humanistic-existential and is grounded in the science of the field. At the same time, I recognize the importance of adapting the therapy to each individual’s needs.
