I aim to provide a warm, honest, and thoughtful therapeutic space where individuals and couples can explore themselves and their relationships with depth and intention. I support partners in understanding recurring patterns, communicating with greater openness, and reconnecting in ways that honor each person’s needs and experiences. Grounded in psychoanalytic principles, my approach integrates relational, attachment, and trauma-informed theories with somatics, affective neuroscience, and mindfulness. I pay close attention to how early relationships, environments, and broader social contexts shape how we see ourselves and relate to others. I’m attuned to how these dynamics surface in the room and use a liberation health framework to help clients understand, navigate, and shift their influence.
