There is something that happens when we let someone in. The belief that ‘I am alone and will never be understood’ feels less rock solid and it is in this new place that healing can happen. Maybe you feel lost amidst change or grief. Perhaps your relationship with sex and your body has become complicated or you are feeling distant from yourself or your partner. My hope for the people I work with is that they believe in their capacity to change and evolve. We all get stuck and struggle at times to believe that life can be different, especially when life in the present feels difficult and hopeless.
