I work with children, adolescents, and adults and specialize in working with depression, anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, navigating relationships, and life transitions. I enjoy working with clients who need emotional support and are motivated for change. My theoretical approach is Cognitive-behavioral and I work to develop skills based on dialectical behavior therapy and CBT. I specialize in adolescents experiencing anxiety and depression. I utilize both behavioral and interpersonal approaches to therapy, but a strength-based approach guides the treatment. I am a good listener, but will try to help you work towards the goals that you set for therapy.
