Welcome to therapy. I work with young adults and families navigating PTSD, ADHD and ASD, anxiety, and addiction. Whatever has brought you here, you are welcome just as you are. I am a compassionate and creative clinician who aims to serve as a supportive guide as you reconnect with yourself, others, and the world around you. I believe humor is an essential part of the human experience, and I invite moments of laughter and play into our work together. I have over a decade of experience working with teens, young adults, women, and families. My trauma-informed approach integrates EMDR, psychedelic-assisted therapy and integration, ecotherapy, art therapy, DBT skills, IFS, and family systems. I offer compassionate feedback and practical tools to support meaningful change.
