My ideal client is someone ready for change—someone who recognizes that their current way of living isn’t working. I’m particularly passionate about working with children and teens, helping them discover a sense of choice and control in a world where they often feel powerless. I primarily use Polyvagal Theory, a mind-body approach, because I believe that true insight comes when we reconnect with our bodies. Many of us spend much of our lives in a constant state of fight or flight, or the sympathetic state of our nervous system. My goal is to help you restore safety and connection, bringing your body back into balance and peace.
